Rental Deposit A 50% rental Deposit
is required at the time of contract signing. Refundable if contrast cancelled 60 days prior to event.
Damage and Clean-up In addition to the rental deposit, a damage clean-up
deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. This deposit is for the purpose of insuring that no clean up is necessary and that property or equipment has not been damaged or removed. If there is no damage or clean-up needed, this deposit is refundable after inspection of the facility by the KNC manager. Should the event be cancelled, the deposit will be returned.
